As you can see, I’ve updated the site with a slightly a new look! Originally I felt that the site was a bit convoluted with to many links going everywhere. I decided to give it a new theme with a much cleaner look.
The song of the week videos are gone (I’ve barley updated them any way) and other links like recent posts have been moved. The top menu links have been reduced to just the essentials. New social buttons are on the side after the facebook and twitter box.
I plan to do more updates for the site going forward but I think its pretty good so far.

Started this model way back an never finished it till recently. I used deformers for the tail and rainbow thinking to animate it but I never did lol. Pretty simple texturing with some ambient lighting gave it a good look but it was feeling a bit empty. That’s when I realized its missing a border. So I found a cool toon border tool and messed with the settings. Now it looks almost like its 2D lol.

Here’s another piece I did. The model was done way back in 2011 and like the Kirby one, I never really did anything with it. I designed it looking at the Starfox 64 and Assualt Rwing models and it came out as my own. I tweaked it recently and made it look presentable. The background is an HDRI map my professor had given me. I also used an already made texture for the base of the ship and eddied and added thick lines, blue color, and the Star Fox ship logo. Gave it a bump map to make it stand out. Maybe ill do an animation one of these days.

A new art I did was posted to deviant art today. Its Kirby! Did i say new? Well I’ve done this model ages ago for class but never really did anything with it. So I added a background and tweaked the lighting and effects. The model itself is nothing fancy, just basic shapes with a simple texture.
